1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

• Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

2. Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be initiated after inspection.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days depending on bank processing time. (Razorpay)

• Customized uniforms

• Bulk corporate orders (unless defective)
